We love helping people with, drive, vision, and ambition to build successful business from scratch. We can proudly claim to have helped several businesses who have grown from very humble beginnings, and have today they have major business with worldwide presence.
Most start up business have many common elements, such as limited financial resources, strong personalities with vision passion and drive about what they want to achieve, and some commercial knowledge about their chosen business sector. However more often then not what most start up business lack is the wider fiscal and commercial knowledge, which is not necessarily industry specific, and negotiation skills.
Many business start ups fail because they lack the experience to critically and impartially appraisal business decisions before firm commitments are made or decision implemented. Such skills are extremely vital to a new business and the ability to quickly develop key performance indicators (KIP’s) and a monitoring system. It is a question of balance and such systems need to use the minimum amount of scarce resources while providing vital information on which to plan and progress further.
