General terms and conditions:

A letter of engagement detailing our terms and conditions will be provided at the commencement of any engagement to which they apply. Any subsequent change to the terms and conditions due to changes in law or other regulatory requirements or our own internal policy shall be notified in writing giving at least 30 days’ notice of the change., and the new terms and conditions shall come in force  at the end of this period,

Applicable law:

Unless otherwise agreed, English law, with the English Courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it.

Insurance:

Our professional indemnity details are displayed at our office, and can be supplied upon request. The territorial coverage is Worldwide Excluding USA/Canada.

We look any complaint carefully and promptly and do everything reasonable to put it right.
