We offer a wide variety of consultancy services to businesses, especially owner managed as they normally do not have access to in house specialists which large we structured businesses have.
Clients consult us varied business issues ranging form simple matters which take literally a few hours to more complex assignments can get rather involved and last many months. Other assignments involve help with not only the initial design and appraisal of a project but monitoring during the implementation phase.
Clients, who have recognised a need to get external help to grow, develop and exploit the full potential of their business and thus increase their profits often consult us with a view to getting us to prepare a detailed road map of how they may be able to go about a particular project from inception to it becoming fully operational. Other clients us our services to get a “second critical opinion” to ensure that some thing which is not immediately obvious has not been over looked.
